Start with a 14-day trial
Your trial begins the moment you add your first venue. For 14 days you get everything in the Venue plan, and you do not need to enter payment details to start.
During the trial you can run two real trivia nights with up to 50 players each. The trial ends after 14 days or after your second real night, whichever happens first. Practice nights with up to 10 participants are always available on top of that, so you can rehearse the presenter screen before your first crowd arrives.
When the trial is over, nothing is deleted. Your venues, quizzes, teams and results stay in your account, and you can still look at past nights. To run new real trivia nights, you pick a plan.
What every plan includes
No plan holds back a game feature. Phone teams, paper teams and mixed nights work the same way on Host, Venue and Operator.

Which plan fits your trivia night
Host is made for trivia hosts who run a night at one venue now and then. It covers one venue and up to four real trivia nights per month.
Venue is the plan for the bar, brewery or restaurant with a standing trivia night. You run one venue with regular nights, up to one per day, and use seasons, league standings and regular teams to keep people coming back.
Operator is for trivia hosts and trivia companies working up to five venues. All venues, regular teams and seasons sit in one account, and every venue keeps its own season standings.
Billing and cancellation
You can pay every month or once a year. The yearly price equals ten monthly payments and is charged once per year in advance. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payments are handled by our payment provider Mollie. You can cancel your plan at any time, effective at the end of the period you already paid for. Until then the plan stays active, and your data stays in your account afterward.
A plan for venues and hosts is separate from the QuizTreff subscriptions for players. If you use both, they can live on the same account.

Frequently asked questions
Do my guests pay anything to play?
No. Teams join with a code or QR code and play without an account and at no cost. Only you as the venue or host need a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
All your data stays in your account. You can still look at past nights and results. As soon as you choose a plan, you can start new real trivia nights.
How many players can join a night?
Up to 200 players per night on every plan, and up to 50 during the trial. That is the size we have tested the software with.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, effective at the end of the period you paid for. With monthly billing that is the end of the current month, with yearly billing the end of the year.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial starts without payment details. You only enter them when you choose a plan.
